Crafted as both a comforting daily drinker and a versatile café-style espresso, this blend is designed to balance richness, sweetness, and a touch of fruit complexity. The Blend

“Here’s the Thing” brings together the best of two worlds: chocolate-driven washed coffees from Latin America paired with a touch of fruit-forward naturals from East Africa. The Latin American component provides body, sweetness, and a roasted nut backbone, while the African addition adds brightness and just enough complexity to keep things interesting.

The Process

Each component of the blend is carefully processed at origin before being roasted and profiled to bring out harmony in the cup. The washed lots highlight clarity and balance, while the natural component layers in depth and a subtle fruitiness. Together, they create a coffee that is both consistent and memorable.

What to Expect

This blend shines across brew methods. On espresso, expect syrupy shots with notes of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and caramelized sugar, finished with a gentle spice. In milk drinks, it holds up beautifully, offering a mocha-like richness. As drip or cold brew, it’s smooth, sweet, and endlessly drinkable.
